What’s more important than the people’s work? Facebook, apparently.

Freshman rep Shemia Fagan has a reputation around the Capitol for acting like … well … a freshman.

Inside sources report that at committee hearings and even on the Floor of House, Fagan is constantly surfing Facebook rather than reading bills or testimony. Most legislators will hop onto the popular social network to quickly update constituents on what’s going on in Salem, but not Fagan. This photo was taken on February 28, on a day she didn’t post anything from the floor. Kind of makes you wish we had an “unlike” button, doesn’t it?
